She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaak Fulkerson and Halley Fulkerson (Anul); her husband Larry Wagner; her grandchildren, Jessica Raleigh and Billy Campbell; and her daughters, Jan and Amy.
She is survived by: her children, Dolores "Dee" Raleigh (David), Matthew "Matt" Wagner (Connie) and Mike Rafferty; and her sister Nell Mouns. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
