He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Holsey and Clare A. Holsey (Paker); his wife Margaret "Marty" Holsey (Heath); his siblings, Terri Hughes and William Holsey, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Marietta Holsey and Kenneth McElwee, Sr.; and his nephews, Shane Holsey, Adam Holsey and Jonathan Ash.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Gentry (Timmy) and Michael Holsey, Jr.; his grandsons, Trevor Gentry (Sara) and Troy Gentry; his great grandchildren, Jenson and Collins Gentry; his siblings, Awanda McElwee (Roy), Glenda McElwee, Robert Holsey, Ronald Holsey (Jessica) and Donald Holsey (Stacey); and his sister-in-law Priscilla Holsey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
