He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Robert and Rosalyn Irene Oursler (Kissel). He is survived by: his wife Karen Oursler (Eickhoff); his children, Joseph Oursler and Maria Oursler; and his sisters, Barbara Drake (David) and Susan Kasting-Oursler (Richard). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews, aunts & uncles and many cousins.
