He is survived by: his wife Catherine Schulze; his daughters, Christine Schulze (Jeremy Hodess), Alyson Gerdes (Josh Johnson) and Michelle Ashleman (Eric); his stepson Jason Jacobs; his grandchildren, Erin Gerdes, Riley Ashleman, Reagan Ashleman and Isaac Hodess; his stepgrandchildren, Carter Johnson and Cole Johnson; his sister-in-law Micha Schulze; his niece Michelle H. Schulze; and his nephew Daniel T. Schulze. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
