She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Woodruff (Chinn) and Marvin Woodruff; her husband Charles Edmond Chandler; her daughters, Debra Still and Terry Still; her brother Gerald Woodruff; her granddaughter Danielle Still; and her niece Vicki Lee Appleby.
She is survived by: her children, Darla Utley of Evansville, IN and Darrin Still (Kim) of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Gabriel Cabrillas, Megan Utley of Evansville, IN, Jacob and Amber Utley of Knoxville, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Parker Michele Cabrillas, Charlie Marie Cabrillas, Ethan Jacob Utley and Isaac Aaron Utley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
