Nancy Elise Whitsell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2024, at the age of 84, Nancy Elise Whitsell of Evansville, Indiana, born in Lawrence, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Palmer Kitchin and Betty Kitchin Carnahan (Yelch); her stepfather Ernest Carnahan; and her husband Donald. She is survived by: her sisters, Vicki (Carnahan), Schmitt (Don) and Bonnie Carnahan; her children, Mark Curtis Whitsell (Robin) and Kathleen Elise Shockley (Robert); and her grandchildren, Adin, Ryan Shockley, Mark, Scott, Tracy and Katie Whitsell. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Wounded Warriors, Paralyzed Veterans Organization, or the Angel Tree Summer Camp for children whose parents are in prison.
