He is survived by: his wife Charolette Phillips (Fentress); his children, Michelle Liddle (Greg), Leslie Hanks and Mark Bush (Stephanie); his stepdaughters, Kathy Ramsey-Burklow and Becky Doss (Tony); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Kaden, Siera, Zachary, Tim, Jamey, Brock and Jessica. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
