He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Loehrlein and Beatrice Loehrlein; his children, Fred Loehrlein and Theresa Patterson; and his siblings, Melvina Wathen (Lawrence), Anna Mae Harris (Ed), Sy Loehrlein, Richard Loehrlein, Earl Loehrlein (Elisabeth), Sister Marcy Loehrlein, Cyrilla Eickhoff (Linus) and James Loehrlein.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Loehrlein (Kneer); and his children, Paula Krzyzaniak (Don), Vincent Loehrlein (Wi), Dr. Marietta Loehrlein (Ron Green), Colette Loehrlein, Jane Eppel (Jim), Anita Brooke and Fran Hartshorn (Brian).
