He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Bailey (Lovejoy) and Glenn Bailey; and his siblings, Elaine Bailey, Janet Waldo and Kenyon "Ken" Bailey.
He is survived by: his sister Diana Biggs (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Marsha Bailey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church (5130 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:45 PM to 4:15 PM at the Old Beech Cemetery (Bethany Cemetery).
