We announce the death of Patricia Smith of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on July 20, 2026, at the age of 77. Patricia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Tyree and Betty Tyree (Ditzer); her husband Donald R. Smith; and her sister Nancy Tyree. She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Brittney), Christina Smith and Angela Conley (Ryan); her boyfriend Jack Davis; and her siblings, Carol Duckworth (Shawn) and Michael Tyree. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
