He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip C. Duncan and Ruth Ann Duncan (Alvey); and his brothers, John, Tom and Billy Duncan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Beth Allen (Greg), Cindy Duncan, Susan Kercher (Steve), Julia Means (Rick), Philip Duncan, Jr. and Jim Duncan.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
