We bid farewell to Paul E. Hollingsworth of Evansville, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Paul touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid Paul farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Paul is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Hollingsworth (Mills) and Earl Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Sister Mary, Dorothy Blades, Katherine Bennett and Charles Hollingsworth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Benedict Cathedral (1328 Lincoln Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A Mass was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
