He is survived by: his wife Fette; his sister Katherine Ballow (Phillips); his children, David Phillips, Amy Harker (Phillips), Paul Phillips (Mary Ann), Shawn Phillips and Paula Phillips; and his stepdaughters, Stephanie Hebert, Kelsea and Keendra Yancey.
