Phyllis Ann Maddox Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Maddox of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bishop Morris and Louise Morris (Brumley); her husband Stephen "Mike" Maddox; and her brothers, Roger Morris and Keith Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Joshua M. Maddox (Brit Van Laeken), Jacob M. Maddox, Matthew M. Maddox and Michelle Beckner; her granddaughter Lainey Maddox; and her sister Julie Benton (Charlie).
Memorial contributions may be made to the USI Dental Hygiene Program in Memory of Phyllis Maddox or The Alzheimer's Project, a nonprofit organization which serves to assist caregivers and fund research.
