She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harry and Ruby Daniel (Sailer); her husband John Kuykendall; her son Jeff Kuykendall; her siblings, Margaret Burrows and Wayne; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Daniel.
She is survived by: her sisters, Roberta Jackson of Booneville, IN and Lillian Boehringer of Evansville, IN; and her brother-in-law Bill Burrows of Murfreesboro, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Phyllis's memory may be made to First Christian Church of Grayville and will be accepted at Roberts and Cook Funeral Service who has been entrusted with the arrangements.
