She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Earl Frank Sr. and Maydell Eileen Frank (Mills); and her brother Ralph Frank Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Brian Bailey; her grandchildren, James, Isabelle, Henry, Kate, Emma and Reagan; and her sisters, Rebecca Milligan (Frank) and Beverly O'Brien (Frank).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Susan G. Komen breast cancer research.
