He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Effinger (Kissel) and Albert T. Effinger; and his wife Judith Ann Effinger (Austill). He is survived by: his children, Angela Effinger, Paul Effinger, Andrew Effinger (Leeann) and John Effinger (Palak); and his grandchildren, Elsie Brown, Raymond Effinger, Grant Effinger and Juliann Effinger.
