He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Edward and Betty Joyce Brown (Phillips); and his sister Darlene Weyer. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Dant, Kim Dwojak (Jerome), Karen Durbin (David) and Earl Brown (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
