He is survived by: his spouse Evansville; his grandchildren, Justin Musich (Lauren), Brittany Musich, Shelby Musich, Brian Taylor, Blake Musich, Brennan Musich (Khloie) and Tyler Musich; and his great grandchildren, Hollis and Gavin Musich.
