She is survived by: her grandmother Reba "Lois" Kellough O; her husband Dorris William; her children, Stephen Bradley (LaDona) of Louisville, David Alan (Jenny) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Cathy Lynn Titzer (Joe) of Evansville Indiana; her grandchildren, Mindy Blankenship (Jason), Emily Galyon (Eric) and Eric O; her brother Dorris Allen "Al"; her sister-in-law Sandy Kellough; Faith. She is also survived by Nan and Jacob O'Nan; 5 great-grandchildren.
