Rex W. Phelps Obituary

He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Glover; his close friend Larry Bolton; his aunt Dorothy Madden; his grandparents, Ada, Elmer Madden, Sr., Harvey and Roberta Phelps; and his cousin David Madden.

He is survived by: his father Darrel Phelps, Sr.; his children, Michael Phelps and Kendra Phelps (Cylis McCreary); his brother Darrel Phelps, Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jaylee Phelps and Kendall McCreary; his nieces and nephews, Ryan and Rachel Phelps; the mother of his children Debbie Phelps; his mother-in-law Barb Mattingly; and his uncle Elmer. He is also survived by two aunts, an uncle and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ziemer Funeral Home to help the family with final expenses.
