It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard N. Colombe of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise (Tafel) and Richard Colombe; and his stepsiblings, John LaForrest, Gladys Jones, Alice Gessler and Penny Lynn.
He is survived by: his son Ricky Nathaniel Colombe; his sisters, Marsha Miller and Carla Maggio (Jeff); his siblings' children, Denis Wojtan, John Wojtan, Nicole Miller, Gina Maggio, Jeffery Maggio, Cassidy, Chris and Landon; and his stepsiblings, Linda Bass, Robert LaForrest, Edward LaForrest, Barbara Presley, Brian LaForrest, Jeffery Lafforest, Tony LaForrest, Jeanette Steinhaer, Billy LaForrest and Steven LaForrest.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel (626 N First Ave, Evansville, IN 47710). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
