He is survived by: his mother Joann Lefler (Heninger); his wife Treva Phillips (Weiss); his children, April Baumgart, Chris Phillips, Tim Phillips and Michael Phillips; his stepchildren, Stephen Weiss (Shalin Brown), Stacy Rheinlander and Tim McCormick; and his siblings, Debbi Robbins, Karla Dupont and Ronald Phillips. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
