He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Henze and Mildred Henze (Koch); his wife Sally Henze (Ward); and his brother Randall Henze. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald, Susan Raber and Mary Ellen Damm; and his niece Jennifer Hertel. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
