He is survived by: his wife Melinda Lively; his children, Tammy Ruff (John), Allen Lively (Jennifer), Richard "Wayne" Lively (Amanda), Ryan Lively (Linda), Rachiel Eckert (Terrance), Amanda Morley (Michael), Chris Yeager and Krystal Schatz (Charles); his former wife Sue Jones; and his sisters, Loretta Attebury (Bob) and Sharon Berfanger.
