He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Oakley and Marion Oakley (Foerster). He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Louise Oakley (Thompson) of Evansville, IN; his daughters, Alissa Oakley (Bryce Dubee) of Austin, TX and Elaine Hammel (Simon) of Burbank, CA; his siblings, Janet Oakley (Stephan Graham), Lynnda Oakley and Dennis Oakley; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Julia Floyd, Owen and Louis Hammel. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
