He was predeceased by: his parent Billie Mack McCormick; his wife Marlene McCormick; and his daughter Emily Ann McCormick. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean McCormick (Carlisle); his daughters, April Coughlin (Bryan) and Ashley Hastings (Matthew); his close friend Diana McCullough (Voelker); his siblings, Jane Williams (Mark), Tina Diehl (Rock), Pam Lemberg (Brian), Diana Chaffin, Wendy McCormick, Tammy Hertel (Ray), Keith McCormick (Peggy), Randy McCormick (Connie) and Kevin McCormick; and his grandsons, Jude Coughlin, Ezra Coughlin and Isaac Hastings.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Boniface Parish.
