He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Spalding (Mitchell). He is survived by: his father Richard Paul Spalding (Robin Murphy); his siblings, Bill Spalding (Kristy) and Joni Cundiff (Donald); his niece Brooklyn Spalding; and his nephew Nicholas Lee.
