It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Daryl Johnson of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray B. Johnson and Ruby Johnson (McGuyer); and his brother Ronnie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lanita Johnson; his children, Derek Johnson and Lacey Johnson (Ryan Melson); his siblings, Stevie Johnson (Toni), Danny Johnson (Sandy), Roxie Holland (Charley) and Robin Mudd (Charles); and his grandchildren, Carter Johnson, Sophia Cook, Elaine and Asher Melson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
