Robert J. Brockriede Obituary
We announce the death of Robert J. Brockriede of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 90. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Brockriede (Coomes) and Clifford Brockriede; his sister Gloria Ann Bumb; and his brother-in-law Robert Joseph Bumb. He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Deweese); his children, Barbara Ann and Steven Joseph (Helen); and his nieces and nephews, Gary Bumb (Laurie), Robb Bumb, Sandy Struewing (Tom) and Debbie Elpers (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (5301 Daylight Dr, Evansville, IN 47725).
