He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl, Sr. and Mildred Harp (Schabel); his brother William Earl Harp, Jr.; and his children, Karen Fine, Tina Norris and Robert Harp, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Dee Dee; his daughter Kim Miley (John III); and his grandchildren, John Miley IV (Marie), Jeffrey Miley (Kate), Christopher Norris (Rachel), Craig Norris, Michael Fine, Sarah Fine, Preston Harp and Natalie Harp. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Christian Fellowship Church.
