With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert L Hart Jr. of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on January 10, 2026 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hart and Rosie Hart (Kuntz); his wife Bettye Hart (Koch); his son Robert Hart III (Mary Hart); and his great grandchild Rhett McCurdy.

He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Gilbreath (Gary); and his grandchildren, Shelli Gilbreath (Chris), Nikki Wooten, Todd Wooten (Priscilla) and Robert Hart IV (Amanda). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchild.
