The family announces the passing of Robert H. Spalding of Evansville, Indiana on October 8, 2026. Robert, born on April 15, 1945, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Spalding (Recker) and Harold Charles Spalding; and his sister Judy Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Spalding (Lacey); his children, Elizabeth Spalding, Bradford Spalding and Brandon Barnett (Laura); and his grandchildren, Ashley Spalding, Cooper Barnett and Carson Barnett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (5301 Daylight Dr, Evansville, IN 47725). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. John Cemetery - Elberfeld St.
