She is survived by: her husband Darryl Spurlock of Evansville, IN; her siblings, Marilyn Henebry of Evansville, IN and John Tribby (Becky) of Bicknell, IN; her siblings-in-law, Gwen Powers of Denver, CO, Larry Spurlock (Janie) of Denver, CO, Lenn Spurlock of Owensboro, KY and Kenn Spurlock of Owensboro, KY; and her niece Diana Hart (Tony) of Elmwood, IL..
