She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Alice Smith and Edward Dillman; her siblings, Joyce Utley, Richard Dillman, Robert Dillman and Charles Dillman; her great grandchild Charlie Abernathy; her nephew Larry Utley; and her sister-in-law Tryntje "Tina" Dillman.

She is survived by: her son Michael Abernathy (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Brittany, Antonio Lopez, Chad, Samantha Abernathy and Stephanie Abernathy; her brothers, Daniel Dillman and Dennis Dillman (Bonnie); Candace Abernathy. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
