She is survived by: her son William Robert Simms (Brenda Hudgens) of Longview, TX; her grandsons, George Gray (Stephanie) of Katie, TX and Timothy Gray (Emily) of San Antonio, TX; and her close friends, Mary Janoski and Debbie Wilson. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
