She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Umbach and Hilda Umbach (Dennis); her former husband Robert Fulton; her husband William Coulter; her son Michael Fulton; her granddaughter Lindsay Coulter; and her siblings, Virginia Wichser and Donald Umbach.

She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Fulton; her grandchildren, Matthew Farmer (Ashley), Allison Jerls (Michael), Zoey Rogers (Travis), Jennifer Fulton-Redmond and Keegan Fulton-Redmond; her great grandchildren, Landon Farmer and Oliver Rogers; and her stepchildren, William J. Coulter, Jim Coulter (Kathy), Cindy Wilson and Andy Coulter (Darlene). She is also survived by 5 step grandchildren, and 6 step great grandchildren.
