She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin McIntosh, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Terry McIntosh, Alvin McIntosh, Jr. (Mary) and Rebecca Miller; her grandchildren, Lisa McIntosh, Michael McIntosh, Hannah James (Eli) and Olivia Miller; and her great grandchild Riley Ann James.
