She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foster and Ollie Beatrice Powell (Wilson); her siblings, Walter Edgar Powell, Raymond Foster Powell, Gene James Powell, Cora Mae Nichols (Hawkins) and Dorothy Lee Faught (Powell); and her husbands, Charles William Thomson and Wayne Edward Carlile.
She is survived by: her daughter Dana D. Winfield (Thomson); her granddaughters, Mary Elizabeth Winfield Feldman (Jacob) and Rebecca Jane Winfield Peterson (James); her great grandchildren, Dexter Espy, Emmett Feldman, Bella and Alina Peterson; her niece Gloria Halbig (David); and her nephew Brent Powell.
