She is survived by: her children, Kim Ferguson and Brett Oakley (Amy); her grandchildren, Shawn, Brittany Carson, Jacob, Blaize, Caleb, Ellie Schmitt, Alexandra Oakley Kingston, Alizabeth and Hunter Oakley; her brother Ron Steele (Shelia); her siblings' children, Lee and Sarah Scott Steele (Patti); her children, Matt and Abby; her sisters, Jan Steele and Amber Lightsey (Scott); her siblings' children, Emma, Elijah and Apple; and her siblings-in-law, Jewell Forcum and Terry Oakley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Evansville Protestant Home, 3701 Washington Ave., Evansville, IN 47714, in honor of Sandra's memory.
