She is survived by: her husband Anthony Guerrero; her children, David Guerrero, Candace Guerrero and Rose Mary Frick; her grandchildren, Ian Alexander Guerrero, Emery Headlee, Avery Mitchell, Emberose Stewart, Amir Cardona, Jahara Cardona, Brandon Salinaz and Christian Frick; and her brother Earl Phelps, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
