She was predeceased by: her parents, Harland Brand and Emeline Brand; her former husband Jerald Robert Morell; her husband Wayne Keeling Minks; her siblings, Beverly Atherton, Ronnie Brand and Harland "Sonny" Brand; and her stepchildren, Randall Wayne Minks and Rebecca Anne Nickel.
She is survived by: her sons, Brent Robert Morell, John Donahue Morell and Matthew Jacob Morell (Amie); and her stepchildren, Dustin Minks and Cynthia Harmon (Dan). She is also survived by her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in honor of Sandra Sue Morell Minks to a local humane society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
