She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Rice and Alice Rice (Reller); and her husband Charles VanStone. She is survived by: her children, Steven Bower (Marjorie), Cynthia Flanagan and Randy Bower (Bre); her stepson Gilbert VanStone; her grandchildren, Michael Flanagan (Jessica), Kellyn Aguilar (Jaime), Nikki Bloomer (Chris), Amanda Roberts (Kenny), Erin Bengston (Raymond) and Madelin Bower; and her sister Karen Slade. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1401 W Boonville - New Harmony Rd, Evansville, IN 47725). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:45 PM at the same location.
