He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Adolph, Mary Lou Schultz, Isham and Dorothy Crooks; his nephew Austin Lee Kunze; and his uncles, Ronald Crooks and Daniel Schultz.
He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Crooks and Judith Crooks (Schultz); his siblings, Stacy Pillow (Matt) and Sean Crooks (Misty); his siblings' children, Landon, Addilyn and Lydia Crooks; and his aunts and uncles, Keith Crooks, William Schultz (Roxanne), Carolyn Wagner Judy (Decoart) and Gayle Schuttz.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home, Cremation Center (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711).
