He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Fowler and Margaret Fowler; his significant other Debbi; and his sister Sherry Price (Fowler). He is survived by: his siblings, Shannon Sullenger (Steve), Stacey Davis and Steve Fowler (Barbara); his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Kassie, Kelly, Mallory (Brian), Haley, Eric (Lori), Chelsea and Lindsey; his siblings-in-law, Donna (Marion), Darla, Dale (Kim) and Dane (Denise); Tommy (Meredith), Darla (Rob), Derek (Sarah), Beth (Brian), Sarah (Jon), Jody (Johnny) and Kylie. He is also survived by 13 great nieces and nephews.
