She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Fay Hawkins Hale; and her grandparents, Deacon John Jones and Velma Jones. She is survived by: her father Elder Matthew Hale; her son Matthew Nicholas Sims (Kiera); her sister ADonna Hale Hardy; her nephew Donald B Hardy, II; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon and A'Darius Hardy; and her nieces, Ashlyn and Shanel Jordan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Watkins Temple (670 S Governor St, Evansville, IN 47713). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1400 E Virginia St, Evansville, IN 47711).
