The memory of Sharon Overby (Evansville, Indiana), who passed away on September 22, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Richey and Alma Highfill Richey; her sons, Michael and Mark Overby; her nephew Michael Taylor; and her son-in-law Mark Farmer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Kelly (Bill) and Sonya Farmer; her grandchildren, Andrea Johnson-Farmer (Ashley), Kate Farmer, Andrew Kelly (Brittany), Emily Kelly, Nick Kelly and Sara Farmer (Matt Williams); her great grandchildren, Emmerson, Aiden, Dylan, Evaline, Reece, Remi, Simon, Guy and Nolan; and her sisters, Linda Hudson (Jim), Judy Blaize (Denzil) and Joyce Taylor. She is also survived by two nieces and many close friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
