She is survived by: her children, Rick E. Chambers (Ann) and Becky Ann Sutton (Bo); her siblings, Jo Masterson (Berlin), Mike Dame (Rita), Keith Dame (Michelle) and Ron Dame (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Andrea Cobb-Fowler, Mallory Trusty (Jeremy), Justin Chambers (Samantha), Nathan Brown and Nicholas Brown. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
