He is survived by: his wife Tara Peralta of Evansville; his children, Wes Fuller of Evansville, Ethan Fuller of Evansville, Daylin Gardner of Evansville, Calyssa, Krisabell and Kinsey Peralta of Evansville; his stepmother Emelita Peralta of Florida; his siblings, May Sabaybay (Ralph) of Canada, Charmaine Pangilinan (Kevin), Charles Peralta (Ma Dyne) of Florida and Conrad Peralta of Florida; his siblings-in-law, Micah and Bernie Schmitt of Evansville; and his nieces and nephews, Alex Kline, Joseph Sabaybay, Julia Sabaybay, Isaac Schmitt, Eliana Schmitt, Roman Schmitt, Isaac Pangilinan and Marcus Pangillnan. He is also survived by cousins, and more friends.
