He was predeceased by: his father Charles Schnur; his sons, Kris Schnur and Aaron Schnur; his grandson Tyler Veeck; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Henrietta Veeck.
He is survived by: his mother Doretha Schnur (Kissel); his wife Trish Schnur (Veeck); his sister Lisa Ritter (Steve); his stepson Todd Veeck (Abby); his grandchildren, Avery Schnur, Eli Schnur, Mila Schnur, Taylor Veeck, Rylee Veeck and Dominic Veeck; his niece Jamie Horn (Kevin); and his nephew Matt Ritter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
